We are Tod and Rhonda Anderson.
We hail in from Colorful Colorado, where we owned a business in Summit County for 30 years. We decided to semi retire and move to Lake Havasu City…to warm up a bit.
The inspiration behind opening the Crepe Cart began with making French Food with my daughter who was studying French. Preparing Crepes quickly became one our favorite foods to prepare. We found Crepes versatile because there are recipes for both Sweet and Savory Crepes. The unique, flavorful and creative ideas became endless. With a background in Nutrition and Restaurant Management, the Dream of owning a Restaurant (on wheels) became a reality.
